Cindy Kivett
Cindy Kivett grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Warren Central High School. She attended Ball State University and received degrees in Interior Design and Marketing. Cindy has been married to her husband Jeff for 20 years and they have 4 daughters. Their girls all have different interests from dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, speech, piano, and voice. They have been living in the Fishers area for over 20 years and love every minute of it! Cindy enjoys decorating and designing interiors and refurbishing furniture. In between her busy schedule with all the girls’ activities, she also enjoys working out, dining out and spending time with her family and friends.
Cindy loves real estate and helping her clients find a home that best fits their family and lifestyle and also seeing the true potential in a home. Cindy is able to use her experience with interior design and decorating to bring additional value to her clients. She also has experience in remodeling and construction. Fishers is a great community with a lot of growth and has been ranked as one of the top places to live. Drew Dial
Drew has been married to his wife Lisa since 2009. They met while attending Purdue University. Together, they have two boys, ages 7 and 5. Drew and Lisa recently added to their family, becoming foster parents to two girls, ages 3 and almost 1. Their family relocated to the Fishers area from Lafayette, Indiana in 2014. Drew is currently in his fifth year as a real estate broker. When he’s not working, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, attending baseball games, taking the boat out on Geist Reservoir, visiting parks and hiking or a backyard game of Whipple ball. Personally, he enjoys golfing, watching college sports, Cubs baseball, and playing guitar. He currently plays guitar and bass guitar in his church’s worship band.
Drew’s favorite part of his job is getting to meet many different people from so various backgrounds with the common goal of either selling or buying a home. Drew believes there’s no better feeling then assisting a family in purchasing their dream home. Helping clients buy and sell homes is a huge responsibility, one that Drew doesn’t take lightly. For many it will be the single largest purchase or asset in their lifetime. What Drew likes most about Fishers, is that there are so many opportunities for every walk of life. Home prices range from the low $100,000 to the million dollar range, providing opportunity for those with differing backgrounds. Furthermore, Fishers has been very strategic over the past decades to plan for long-term growth, acquiring great companies from around the country to locate in Fishers, and have put a lot of thought and effort into the livability of the city, including parks, recreation, and schools.
Krystal Menser
Krystal Menser has been a licensed realtor since 2015. In 2017 she joined a team consisting of one other person and closed over $11 million in real estate sales, totaling to 60 transactions. Menser’s role consists of facilitating transactions from the accepted offer to closing. She also delegates family with area real estate contracts, and processes and negotiates. Before receiving her license in real estate, Krystal graduated from Ivy Tech in 2012 with an Associate of Liberal Arts General Studies degree and a concentration in Healthcare. She is a single mother of two boys, Darnell who is 14 years old and SanJuan who is 10 years old. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to different places, learning new things and helping others by being a positive light and energy.
Krystal’s favorite thing about selling homes is that her work has a huge impact on the community she lives in. She loves having the opportunity to work hand in hand with her clients, providing the resources they need to make their sale or purchase as successful as possible. She knows that buying and selling a home is a stressful time and she loves being able to ease her client’s minds. Krystal adds that Fishers is a place for everyone and has under 100,000 residents which creates a warm, communal feeling. Businesses and families are steadily migrating to the area and creating job growth for the years to come. Fishers is becoming a booming area located near Indianapolis and is a perfect place to raise a family!
